Welcome to DocsROI. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS). Please read them carefully before submitting your work order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

a. Before submitting any work order, every client must read, understand, and agree to our Terms of Service.
b. Proceeding with order submission indicates full acceptance of these terms.

2. Project Timeline & Delivery

a. We require 15 (fifteen) days to complete and deliver a website project after receiving all required information and documents.
b. Due to various logical reasons, sometimes, it may take additional time to deliver the website.
c. Timely delivery depends on the client’s cooperation in providing the necessary materials, content, and feedback.

3. Requirement Submission

a. Upon confirming an order, the client must fill out and submit the Requirements Form within 48 hours: https://docsroi.com/requirements/
b. Delay in submitting the requirements may lead to a delay in the project delivery timeline.

4. Refund Policy

a. We offer a 48-hour refund guarantee from the time of order confirmation.
b. Refund is applicable only for Web Design Package-2, Package-3, and Social Media Packages 1, 2, and 3.
c. The domain and hosting cost (approximately ৳5000) will be deducted from the total amount before issuing the refund.

5. Revision/Website Review Policy

a. No revision or feedback is applicable for Web Design Package 1. Clients are requested to carefully review and approve all content and information before final delivery under this package.

b. Only one (1) revision is included in Web Design Packages 2 and 3.

c. The client has 48 hours to review the website and submit their feedback.

All feedback must be provided at once, either via WhatsApp or by email at docsroi.info@gmail.com.

d. Once the feedback is submitted, no further corrections or additional feedback will be accepted.

6. Website Maintenance

a. Once the website is delivered and handed over, the client is fully responsible for managing and maintaining their website.
b. We are not liable for any data loss, plugin conflict, hosting issues, or website downtime post-handover.
c. We will support the client if they need to transfer their website from one server to another.

7. Free Support Policy

a. We offer 1 (one) month of free support after project handover.
b. Free support includes minor edits and technical guidance within the original scope of work.
c. Any additional tasks or requests outside the agreed project scope may require a separate agreement and payment.

8. Social Media Service Terms

a. Clients must provide all necessary access (admin/editor) to their Facebook, Instagram, or other social media accounts.
b. Clients are responsible for supplying the content (e.g., text, images) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
c. DocsROI is not responsible for any platform-side limitations, restrictions, or account issues beyond our control.

9. Communication and Response Time

a. All project communication will be done via WhatsApp or email.
b. Clients are requested to respond within a reasonable timeframe (ideally within 24–48 hours) to avoid project delays.

10. Ownership and Intellectual Property

a. Upon full payment and delivery, the client owns the rights to their website and content.
b. We reserve the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio, unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

a. All client data, login credentials, and project materials will be handled with strict confidentiality.
b. We will never share, sell, or misuse any client information for any reason.

12. Changes to Terms of Service

a. DocsROI reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
b. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
